Any individual who makes a purchase between December 1, 2009 and December 24, 2009 at Charles Nusinov & Sons is entitled to a refund in the amount of the full purchase price, excluding sales tax and delivery charges, if it snows 3 inches at the Designated Location on January 2, 2010 between the Insured hours of 10 A.M. and 5 P.M. (7 hours).
